FFA State Officer Visits Lewiston

FFA STATE OFFICER VISITS LEWISTON

The Lewiston FFA Chapter hosted State FFA Vice-President, Collin Swedberg at Lewiston Schools February 15th.  Mr. Swedberg is a freshman Ag Education major at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  His hometown is Wallace, NE. 

Collin spent the day visiting junior and senior high classes.  His topics centered on careers, interviewing, being an advocate, Nebraska Foods and hot topics in agriculture.

Collin and his 2016-17 Nebraska State FFA Officer team will retire at the April 7th FFA Convention in Lincoln.  There are seven Nebraska state officers.  The statewide visits are funded in part by the Nebraska Corn Board.
